Nu-metal legends Limp Bizkit are finally heading to South Africa.

The iconic American band has announced its first-ever South African concert, with a massive stadium show set for Johannesburg in December 2026.

The announcement marks a long-awaited return after the group’s planned South African tour in 2004 was cancelled before it could take place.

Fans can expect an evening packed with some of the band’s biggest hits when Fred Durst and company take to the stage at one of the country’s largest venues.

Limp Bizkit South Africa Concert Date Confirmed

Limp Bizkit will perform at Johannesburg’s FNB Stadium on Sunday, 13 December 2026.

The stadium show is expected to attract thousands of rock and metal fans from across South Africa, making it one of the biggest international music events of the year.

A Long-Awaited South African Debut

For many South African fans, the announcement closes a chapter that began more than two decades ago.

Limp Bizkit were originally scheduled to tour South Africa in 2004, but the shows were ultimately cancelled, leaving local fans disappointed.

Now, more than 20 years later, the band is finally set to perform on South African soil for the first time.

One of the Biggest Rock Shows of 2026

Limp Bizkit rose to global fame in the late 1990s and early 2000s with hit songs including “Rollin'”, “My Way”, “Break Stuff”, “Nookie” and “My Generation”.

The band remains one of the most recognisable names in rock and nu-metal, with a devoted fan base spanning multiple generations.

Their Johannesburg appearance is expected to be one of the biggest rock concerts South Africa has seen in recent years.
