From Me To Me This Valentine’s Day At Starbucks

644

Starbucks is inviting South Africans to take themselves on a date this Valentine’s Day. The campaign marks the first moment in what the brand calls the Year of Me, a focus on self-worth, reflection and daily rituals that affirm personal value.

Valentine’s Day is often framed around romance. Starbucks shifts the lens. Love includes the relationship you have with yourself. No reservation. No card. No reason.

A Valentine’s Offer For You

From 12 to 17 February, Starbucks is running a nationwide Valentine’s promotion across all stores.

Customers can enjoy:

• A Grande Chocolate Mousse Latte, hot or iced
• Paired with a Chicken Mayo Toastie on sourdough or seeded bread
• For R91

The pairing offers a simple pause. A coffee. A meal. A reminder that you are worth time and attention.

“You don’t need a reason to choose yourself,” says Leah McCrae, Managing Director at Rand Capital Coffee. “Self-love does not replace romance. It precedes it. Sometimes the most meaningful plans are the ones you make for yourself. You are enough, exactly as you are.”

Delivery Deals Available

The Valentine’s offer extends beyond in-store visits.

On Uber Eats, order a Grande Chocolate Mousse Latte and receive a free white reusable cup.

On Mr D Food, customers can order a Grande Latte and Chocolate Brownie for R70.

Share Your Moment

However you choose to spend the day, Starbucks encourages customers to share the experience and tag @StarbucksSA. A small gesture might inspire someone else to prioritise themselves, too.
