Get ready with this energising 10-day eating plan designed specifically for women. Discover delicious meals that help you feel light, confident, and revitalised.

Day 1–3: Debloat and Reset

Focus: Flush excess sodium, reduce sugar cravings, and stabilise digestion.

Breakfast: Protein smoothie (1 scoop protein, ½ a banana, spinach, almond milk, cinnamon)

Snack: 1 boiled egg with cucumber sticks

Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with olive oil, lemon, greens, tomato, and avocado.

Snack: Plain Greek yoghurt with chia seeds

Dinner: Baked white fish with steamed asparagus and zucchini

Optional: Herbal tea with lemon before bed

Day 4–6: Lean & Light

Focus: Maintain low insulin levels and boost your metabolism by regularly adding protein to your diet.

Breakfast: Two eggs, two egg whites, sautéed spinach, and ½ an avocado.

Snack: Protein shake or 30g of raw nuts

Lunch: Turkey or tuna lettuce wrap with salad and olive oil.

Snack: Cottage cheese with cucumber slices

Dinner: Grilled chicken breast with cauliflower mash and roasted green beans

Day 7–9: Tone & Tighten

Focus: Reintroduce small amounts of carbs to support workouts and sustain energy.

Breakfast: Overnight oats (½ cup oats, one scoop protein, almond milk, berries)

Snack: Handful of almonds

Lunch: Salmon fillet, ¼ cup quinoa, and leafy greens

Snack: Protein bar or boiled egg

Dinner: Stir-fried prawns or chicken with broccoli, peppers, and coconut oil

Day 10: Reset & Sustain

Focus: Switch to a balanced diet while maintaining low sodium and sugar consumption.

Breakfast: Smoothie with protein powder, berries, spinach, and almond butter

Snack: Greek yoghurt with chia seeds

Lunch: Grilled chicken bowl with mixed vegetables, olive oil, and lemon

Snack: Apple with peanut butter

Dinner: Lean beef or tofu stir-fry with green vegetables

Daily Checklist:

Consume protein at each meal, including a source of starch. Avoid alcohol and sugar. Drink 2.5–3 litres of water or herbal tea. Ensure 7–8 hours of sleep to feel energised and free of bloating.
