New collaboration with global entertainment partners

As part of its expansion, Candlelight is introducing a new themed concert series in collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery and Fever.

Candlelight: The Lord of the Rings will celebrate 25 years of The Lord of the Rings with a live concert experience based on the film’s music.

Johannesburg is one of a limited number of global cities selected to host the series.

Why demand is growing

The Candlelight format focuses on:

  • smaller venues
  • curated music programmes
  • immersive visual settings

This approach offers an alternative to large-scale concerts, with audiences choosing more intimate experiences.
