Big Brother Mzansi S6 BAZOZWA: Mshefane, Kokii and Buhle B Evicted

18.1k

The Big Brother Mzansi BAZOZWA house claimed three more housemates on Sunday night, as Mshefane, Kokii and Buhle B were evicted during the live eviction show. Their departure brings the total number of evicted housemates in Season 6 to seven, as tensions inside the house continue to escalate.

Host Smash Afrika led the Sunday Live Evictions Show, setting a tense tone that reflected the week’s Asipheli Umoya theme, meaning “We never give up”. The episode revisited Monday’s face-to-face nominations, which left relationships strained and emotions running high.

House tension reaches boiling point

During check-ins with Smash, Neliswa described the week as intense, citing “conversations taken out of context and girls being girls”.

When the nominated housemates were asked to stand, nerves were clearly on edge. Didi was the first name called and was declared safe, bringing brief relief before the evictions began.

Mshefane exits as fifth evictee

Mshefane became the fifth housemate to leave the BAZOZWA house. Calm and accepting, he said the outcome did not surprise him.

“I was an underdog. I knew that if I got nominated, the chances of eviction were high,” he explained, adding that he had set himself a three-week goal from the start.

Kokii shocked by eviction result

Kokii followed as the sixth evictee of the season. Visibly stunned, she admitted she had not expected to leave. While she initially felt composed, emotions surfaced once she watched her journey back inside the house.

Buhle B becomes seventh housemate evicted

In a first for the season, Buhle B was named the seventh housemate to be evicted. She accepted the moment with faith, saying it was all part of God’s plan.

“Obviously I’m sad… I left my man in there,” she said.

Men win Biggie’s gender divide challenge

Earlier in the week, Biggie introduced a twist that divided the house by gender. With luxuries removed, housemates had to create and maintain a 30-minute daily exercise routine and track their progress in the outdoor fitness zone.

The group showing the most improvement would be exempt from cooking for three days. The men emerged victorious, while internal tension and disunity cost the women the challenge, a struggle even the men acknowledged.

Situationships strain emotions further

Romantic tensions added another emotional layer to the week. Bravo B admitted that his fallout with Trixie left him drained, while Trixie told Neliswa she was done with the situationship and ready to walk away.

Diary Room sessions revealed how heavily the week weighed on the women, with isolation, frustration and mistrust dominating their experiences.

House reunited after punishment lifted

On Thursday night, Biggie lifted the punishment and reunited the house. Reactions were instant and emotional. Thandeka ran into Mmeli’s arms, Buhle B shared a kiss with Tumi the Barber, and Bravo B and Trixie gravitated back toward familiar territory.

Chillers Party sparks explosive confrontation

Saturday night’s Chillers Party, hosted by DJ Lamiez, sent tensions soaring. A missing drink belonging to King Wanda triggered a heated argument, with Tumi the Barber taking responsibility. The situation escalated into shouting, with King Wanda questioning Tumi’s relevance and dragging Buhle B into the confrontation.

Things intensified when Kokii revealed that Tumi had once said Dene Jones was his first choice. King Wanda added fuel to the fire, alleging that Tumi claimed Buhle B’s only missing factor was her looks.

Elsewhere, Bravo B reached breaking point, expressing frustration at being compared to Que and feeling emotionally neglected by Trixie. Trixie later admitted to Didi and Neliswa that Que gives her the attention Bravo B does not, prompting Bravo B to snap and tell her to pursue Que if that was what she wanted.

What’s next in the BAZOZWA house?

With bruised egos, exposed emotions, and trust hanging by a thread, the Big Brother Mzansi BAZOZWA house has become a full-blown pressure cooker. One wrong move could change the game entirely.

The Week 5 Head of House Challenge airs today, 9 February, and will determine who takes control next.

Big Brother Mzansi streams live 24/7 on DStv Channel 198. Sunday eviction shows air at 18:00 on Mzansi Magic (Channel 161) and Mzansi Wethu (Channel 163).
