Seven iconic landmarks, seven cool-climate wines, and seven gourmet canapés – the Durbanville Hills Collectors Reserve Celebration returns on 27 and 28 August 2025 to showcase Cape Town’s heritage through food and wine.
The Collectors Reserve Experience
At this special occasion, the Durbanville Hills winemaking team, led by cellarmaster Pieter-Niel Rossouw, presents seven distinctive varietals, each inspired by a Cape Town landmark. Guests can explore interactive tasting stations where winemakers share the stories behind both the wines and the landmarks.
The journey ends with a two-course dinner at the award-winning Tangram Restaurant, carefully curated by chef Tamzyn Ehlers and her team.
