While in New York, Kolisi attended the Broadway production of Hell’s Kitchen at the Shubert Theatre. The musical tells the story of Keys’ life and creative journey.

“What a beautiful day, I got to watch Hell’s Kitchen, Miss Alicia Keys’ show, a show about her life, and it was truly amazing to see. Thank you, Miss Alicia Keys, for giving me a moment to meet you. I really appreciate it. Hopefully, this show can come to South Africa.”

During his trip, Kolisi visited the iconic Empire State Building, soaking up the city’s famous skyline views.
