ROCKETS WONDERLAND Returns to Durban July Weekend

619

Following a successful debut during last year’s Durban July weekend, ROCKETS WONDERLAND returns on Sunday, 5 July 2026, with a larger venue, a new theme and an expanded luxury lifestyle experience.

Taking place at Greyville Racecourse, this year’s event promises an immersive celebration of music, fashion, culture and premium hospitality, inspired by the 2026 theme, Western Gold.

A Bigger Stage for 2026

Moving to the iconic Greyville Racecourse allows ROCKETS WONDERLAND to deliver a more expansive experience for guests attending one of South Africa’s biggest social weekends.

The Western Gold theme combines frontier-inspired fashion with luxurious gold accents, creating a glamorous setting designed to capture the energy and style associated with the Rockets brand.

Building on the success of its inaugural edition, organisers say the 2026 event will feature larger-scale production, immersive experiences and an enhanced hospitality offering.

Fashion, Music and Premium Hospitality

Guests can expect a carefully curated programme featuring live entertainment, premium dining experiences, interactive installations and luxury brand activations.

This year’s event is supported by partners including Corona, Jaecoo, Lip Ice, Red Bull and Don Julio, each contributing to the overall lifestyle experience.

From entertainment to hospitality, every aspect has been designed to create a premium event that blends fashion, music and culture.

Raising the Bar

Sean Barber, Founder and CEO of Rockets, believes the event continues to evolve following the success of its first edition.

“Last year’s event exceeded all expectations and confirmed that there’s a real appetite for premium lifestyle experiences that authentically bring together music, fashion, culture and luxury,” says Barber.

“With ROCKETS WONDERLAND 2026, we’re elevating every aspect of the experience. From the new venue and immersive theme to the entertainment and hospitality offering, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create something truly extraordinary. Guests can expect an experience unlike anything we’ve produced before.”

Enter the World of Western Gold

The Western Gold theme celebrates adventure, abundance and modern luxury, encouraging guests to embrace contemporary Western-inspired fashion paired with shimmering gold aesthetics.

As ROCKETS WONDERLAND continues to establish itself as one of the standout lifestyle events of Durban July weekend, the 2026 edition aims to set a new benchmark for luxury entertainment in South Africa.
