Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly planning to return to the United Kingdom later this month after living in California for six years.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expected to base their family in Britain for an extended period while keeping their home in Montecito, California.
The couple plans to divide their time between the UK and the United States.
Sussexes to Remain Private Citizens
Harry and Meghan will remain non-working royals and continue living as private individuals.
They are expected to stay at a private estate outside London rather than move into a royal property.
Archie and Lilibet Enrolled at British School
Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5, have reportedly been enrolled at a British school.
They are expected to begin attending the school in September.
King Charles Informed of the Move
King Charles III has reportedly been informed about the family’s plans and is pleased about the prospect of seeing them more often.
The Prince and Princess of Wales have also been notified.
The planned move follows a private summer visit to the UK, during which Harry, Meghan and their children reunited with King Charles at Highgrove.
Meghan to Continue Running Her Businesses
Meghan will continue managing her lifestyle brand, As Ever.
The couple’s media company, Archewell Productions, will also remain active across the UK and United States.
Security Arrangements Remain Private
Details of the Sussex family’s security arrangements in Britain have not been disclosed.
The move follows Harry’s previous legal challenges concerning police protection in the UK.
