Spring in Mozambique is a season of renewal. The days grow warmer, the evenings stretch a little longer, and there’s a sense of excitement in the air. It’s a time for friends, for celebration, and for finding those small moments of joy that remind us how good life can be.
At Baz Brew, we believe that nothing pairs better with the spirit of spring than a fresh, hand-crafted beer, made proudly in Mozambique.

Our Story: Coisas de Moz
There’s something about Mozambique that’s impossible to bottle, and yet, somehow, Baz Brew has managed to capture it in every pour. It’s the laughter carried across Vilanculos’ beaches, the rhythm of conversation at a local bar, the taste of salt on your lips after a swim in the Indian Ocean. It’s community, culture, and craft. And it’s all proudly brewed right here in Mozambique.
Baz Brew isn’t just another beer. It’s an expression of Mozambican identity. While the world is full of big brands trying to sell a lifestyle, Baz Brew keeps it simple: we brew with authenticity, and we brew for Mozambicans. Our motto says it all… It’s a Mozambican Thing. “Coisas de Moz.” Because only Mozambicans truly understand the richness of our land, the warmth of our people, and the taste of a beer brewed with heart.
Freshly Brewed, Naturally Pure

Our beers aren’t just churned out in big batches. They’re carefully crafted. Each brew ferments for at least 14 days, ensuring full flavour and balance in every sip. With no additives and only the finest ingredients… barley, wheat, hops, yeast, and pure water… Baz Brew is as honest as it gets.
We keep it unfiltered, so every can holds beer, character, tradition, and pride.

Beers Made for Sunshine
Spring days deserve beers that capture the lightness and warmth of the season. That’s where our Kanimambo shines. It’s sunshine in a glass. With a gentle bitterness and a refreshing 4.2% ABV, it’s the perfect companion for beach days, braais, and those long, lazy afternoons.
For those looking for something bolder, our Bazaruto IPA delivers with an English-style kick, a medium bitterness, and a 5.8% ABV that speaks to adventure.
And if smooth and easygoing is more your style, the Bazaruto Red brings balance with a rich, rounded flavour and a mellow 4.7% ABV in a beer that goes down just right as the sun sets.
Celebrate Spring the Mozambican Way

At Baz Brew, every sip is a refreshing celebration of Mozambican culture and community. Whether you’re raising a glass with friends, stocking your restaurant or bar, or visiting our brewery in Vilankulo, you’re joining in on a story that’s proudly local and brewed with care.
Spring is here. Let’s make it a season worth toasting to.
Kanimambo — cheers to you!
