Heart FM’s annual 16 Days for Youth campaign returns with heartfelt purpose and growing support, ready to uplift communities across the Western Cape. This year, the campaign is strengthened by key partnerships with FoodForward SA, My JiVE, My Hood, and The Community Chest of the Western Cape, ensuring real, lasting change reaches the children and youth who need it most.

For 16 consecutive days, Heart FM will travel through Cape Town and beyond—connecting with under-resourced, youth-focused organisations and amplifying the voices of those working tirelessly to change lives. This is a campaign of action, empathy, and solidarity—supporting those who often operate out of the spotlight but are shaping the future of our communities.
