In the March 2025 edition of Inbound South Africa, we featured Anthonie Bougas, founder of Kleuter Zone Group, on the cover. We also published a Q&A we did with him in the magazine. At the time of going to print, we were unaware of the allegations that Bougas was facing financial trouble and that his early childhood development group would soon be placed into provisional liquidation.

When we chose to feature Bougas, we saw it as an opportunity to share a compelling story; one of transformation, where a multifaceted artist and entrepreneur stepped away from the spotlight to focus on education and foundational learning. However, with the benefit of hindsight, we now recognise that this decision was a misjudgement.

At Inbound South Africa, our mission is to share stories that are entertaining, inspiring, and meaningful. We trust that those we feature are acting in good faith. In this instance, we regret that we did not have the full picture at the time. We appreciate the trust our readers place in us and remain committed to bringing you stories that truly deserve to be told.
