Bold leadership isn’t just about making waves in business – it’s about doing it with confidence, creativity, and a serious dose of style. And that’s exactly what the Veuve Clicquot Bold Woman Award is all about. Returning for its fourth year in South Africa this July, this prestigious award celebrates women who are shaking things up, challenging norms, and looking effortlessly chic while doing it. We can’t wait to see the fashion moments of 2025!

When it comes to influence and affluence, how you carry yourself says a lot. Power isn’t just about business acumen – it’s about presence. And the Bold Woman Award has long championed female entrepreneurs who bring both skill and style to the table.

In 2025, a new chapter unfolds, opening doors for yet another generation of fearless women in business. The award features two categories:

  • The Bold Woman Award for established leaders (more than five years in business).
  • The Bold Future Award for rising entrepreneurs (less than five years in business).

But this isn’t just about winning a title. It’s about being part of a powerful platform that offers influence, visibility, and the chance to connect with an inspiring global network of like-minded women.

So, what does driving meaningful change with absolute style and class really mean? Inbound SA asked the 2024 Bold Woman winners to weigh in.

Refilwe Sebothe, Bold Future Award Winner:

“Driving meaningful change with style and class means creating impactful, sustainable solutions that uplift communities with integrity, purpose, and empowerment – delivering impact with dignity and excellence.”

Morongwe (Mo) Mokone, Bold Woman Award Winner:

“For me, driving meaningful change with absolute style and class means making a lasting impact while staying true to my values, vision, and personal authenticity. It’s about leading with purpose, championing sustainability, empowering communities, and creating opportunities—all while maintaining excellence, elegance, and integrity in every endeavour. True change isn’t just about results; it’s about how you inspire others, how you carry yourself through challenges, and how you leave a mark that is both transformative and timeless.”

With a legacy of celebrating women who redefine leadership, the Bold Woman Award continues to be a beacon of excellence. Here’s to the next wave of powerhouses making their mark – stylishly, of course!
