Cape Town’s iconic Grand Arena at GrandWest is set to come alive on 9 August 2025, as celebrated vocalist and showman Robin Pieters returns with his soul-stirring Women’s Day production, ‘Empower Her Resilience‘, a tribute concert that honours the strength, spirit, and stories of South African women.

Known for his powerful vocals and magnetic stage presence, Robin Pieters has once again curated a show that goes beyond entertainment.

‘Empower Her Resilience‘ is a bold, high-energy musical celebration designed to uplift and inspire through the universal language of music.

With this year’s concert, Robin takes a fresh and intentional approach by spotlighting emerging talent from Cape communities often overlooked in mainstream productions. From Steenberg and Belhar to Atlantis, Hanover Park, Worcester and Mossel Bay, the show brings together voices that reflect South Africa’s rich musical soul.

“I knew it was time for a fresh look, new faces, and a bigger spotlight on the incredible talent emerging from our communities,” says Pieters.

The event is also a deeply personal one. Robin dedicates the performance to his late mother, who passed away from cancer, as well as all women battling life’s toughest challenges with resilience and grace.
