Our Story

Born in Patensie, Eastern Cape, diOxygin honours Espie (SP) and Hilda Ferreira, whose love and generosity enriched their community. In 2021, Covid-19 claimed their lives just five days apart due to a lack of oxygen. Their legacy of resilience and care inspires diOxygin. The “di” in our name reflects both our hero botanicals and Espie and Hilda—the foundation of our gin.
