5 Star hotel receives customer excellence accolade from travellers

Cape Town’s best address, the five star Table Bay hotel, has once again received a British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award, with an overall score of 4.7 out of a possible 5.

The hotel has been recognised for the great lengths it went to during 2023 in making every customer’s stay memorable and every holiday truly count. “We want all of our visitors to love their stay with us so our team is dedicated to making every moment memorable for them,” said Joanne Selby, General Manager at The Table Bay. “We’ve received this customer service accolade every year since 2017, which makes us extremely proud since the score is based on unbiased guest reviews and recognises outstanding services, facilities and customer experiences.”

British Airways Holidays gathered 72 283 independent reviews in 2023 and has awarded 730 Customer Excellence Awards across the globe to recognise top-rated hotels.
